Sauna Cartel is a community built around heat, cold and good experiences. We create a space where you can unwind, recharge and enjoy the contrast between sauna and cold water. Everyone is welcome, and it matters to us that this is a place where you can be exactly who you are.

Sauna gus is a guided sauna experience. A Gus Master uses water, essential oils and towel techniques to spread the heat and create an intense, sensory experience.

Not at all. Everyone is welcome, whether it’s your first time or you already love sauna gus. You always take part at your own pace.

Of course. Sauna Cartel is about community, and you’re always welcome — on your own, with a friend or with a bigger group.

Saunagus Original is our classic 75-minute ritual, in three intensity levels: Rest, Recover and Limitless. Saunagus Special adds a creative twist — a theme, music, scents or treatments — and still takes place mainly inside the sauna.

Our events can include activities outside the sauna. A Saunagus Special takes place mainly inside it, built around a creative concept like movie soundtracks, R&B, a fragrance profile, face masks or body scrubs. You’re always guided by an experienced Gus Master, with the familiar contrast between heat and cold plunges.

No. Cold is part of the experience, but it’s completely optional. The most important thing is to listen to your body.

You always decide how long you stay. You can leave the sauna at any time and take a break.

We recommend leaving your phone outside and enjoying the moment. The sauna is a place to disconnect.
